Here we have some of our most frequently asked questions we get asked at Wholesale Beds.
What is the maximum user weight of your bed frames?
The vast majority of our bed frames have been static load tested to take 300kg – this is over 47 stones! With our bunk beds, the maximum recommended user weight is 150kg per individual sleeper.
Are your contract metal beds suitable for commercial use only?
No; although we do supply a lot of our contract bed frames to commercial properties such as student accommodation suppliers, a lot of our customers buy our bed frames due to the sturdiness of the beds.
Do you sell to the general public?
Sorry, we only deal with trade suppliers. Please contact us and we’ll gladly give you the details of your nearest stores; alternatively, please click the ‘Find a stockist’ button.
Can you offer bespoke sizes and colours?
Yes, we can supply different colours and sizes for some of our bed frames & mattresses. Minimum order quantities will apply, and further costs maybe incurred. Please ask for further details.
Where are your bed frames & mattresses made?
We import the vast majority of our bed frames from the Far East (China & Malaysia). The Wrought Iron range is proudly manufactured in the U.K., as are all of our mattresses and contract furniture.
Can we collect from you?
Of course, you are more than welcome to collect from our warehouse in Stafford. Please contact us before collecting as we do have another warehouse where some of our stock is kept.
Can you offer a bespoke delivery service?
Dependent on availability, we can offer a one-off delivery service for bulk orders. Please contact us for a quotation.
